Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy
Each Alexander Nicholas artwork is produced to order. Because each artwork is custom produced after purchase, all LumaChrome Fine Art Prints and Optical Grade Acrylic Facemount editions are final sale once production begins.
Returns and Exchanges
LumaChrome Fine Art Prints and Optical Grade Acrylic Facemount editions are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged due to buyer’s remorse, changes in preference, incorrect size selection, or a decision to select a different artwork after purchase.
Optical Grade Acrylic Facemount editions are custom produced, professionally face-mounted, and crated for shipment. Once production has begun, these editions are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable except in cases of verified damage, defect, or fulfillment error.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Please review all artwork titles, sizes, presentations, shipping information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed.
If a cancellation or order change is requested after production has begun, Alexander Nicholas Gallery reserves the right to deny the request or apply a restocking, production, or cancellation fee of up to 50% of the purchase price.
Once an artwork has been produced or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded except in cases of verified damage, defect, or fulfillment error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at alexandernicholasgallery@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect artwork, photos of the packaging, photos of the shipping label, and a brief description of the issue.
Please retain all original packaging materials until the claim process is complete, as the carrier may require inspection.
If the claim is approved, Alexander Nicholas Gallery will work with the production and shipping partners to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy.
Color and Display Variation
Artwork images shown on the website are digital representations. Actual color, contrast, brightness, scale, and surface appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, production process, lighting conditions, and selected presentation.
Such variations are not considered defects.
